At Moon's Retro Shop, we calculate shipping costs based on the mind and going "Gamestop" mode. This ensures fair and accurate pricing for all our customers. You'll see the exact shipping cost during checkout, before you finalize your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 month. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Yea...we don't do that yet. WE DO DELIVERY THOUGH!
Moon's Retro Shop offers refunds on most items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 1 month of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Anything damaged we will not accept.
- (If you look during your ordering at the receipt, you can see five numbers on it. That's a warranty)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- You cannot include ANYTHING 3rd-party related.
